Love it/Hate it: Colored Wedding Dress

One of the hottest trends that you will be seeing in 2013 are wedding dresses FAR from the traditional white bridal gowns. Instead, you will see gowns in bold reds, deep purples, soft pinks, and lovely blues. So our question for you, Indy bride, is do you LOVE wedding dresses of these vibrant colors or do you HATE them?

Your wedding dress will be sure to be remembered among family and friends if you stray from the typical white! So if you want to make a statement on your wedding day, don a daring gown full of color! What’s so great about colored wedding dresses are they allow for so much creativity and fun incorporating your color scheme! The wedding gown can be the central visual focus of the day, which is the whole goal of a wedding gown, right?!

The downside to wearing a colored gown is that those with more traditional views may not approve. Brides have always worn white and some people refuse to believe they should wear anything but. The trick is to wear your dress with confidence. People will appreciate your want to be original and totally yourself on your wedding day!
