Color INspiration: Green

Planning  a summer or spring wedding and wanting a color that really pops? We LOVE the use of greens in weddings for a lush and lovely color scheme! The greens in this bouquet are gorgeous! We love the  simplicity of this bouquet as they use multiple hues of green in order to make the white really stand out!

How about serving your guests a refreshing mojito during cocktail hour?

For each Mojito, you will need:

1 teaspoon of sugar
1 large sprig of Mojito mint*
1.5 oz. white rum – 80 proof
1/2 fresh lime cut in quarters
Club soda
Ice

Place the sugar and mint leaves at the bottom of a tall tumbler. Crush the mint into the sugar using a muddler or the back of a spoon. Squeeze lime quarters into glass; drop the limes into the mix. At this point mix well, pushing down on the lime with a spoon, extracting more juice and some of the oil in the rind. Add white rum, ice, and top off with club soda and stir well. Garnish with fresh sprig of mint; serve immediately.

A great way to incorporate green into your wedding is to place green apples or limes as centerpieces on your reception tables. They will look great paired with your floral arrangements!
